2021 AAC iPad App Wheel Update

The CALL Scotland AAC iPad App Wheel resource continues to be one of our most popular, with over 87,500 downloads since first publication in 2014. For this reason, we consider it important to keep it as up to date as possible and so here’s the 2021 version 2.2 update, ready for you to download and use.

Preparatory work has involved personal researching and collecting information from AAC users, families/carers and those working in AAC through an online survey, for which I was very grateful. Thank you to all participants!

A total of 2 Apps have been added to this version 2.2:

• Dialogue AAC
• PlayButton 

A total of 5 Apps which appeared in the previous version 2.1  have been removed:

• Abilipad
• Sesame Talking Keyboard
• Smooth Talker AAC
• PODD with Compass
• Talking Mats

1 App has been renamed from Snap Core First to:

• TD Snap AAC
